Burger King announces the return of two discontinued products as the menu changes

Burger King has announced the return of a product previously removed from its menu.

The fast-food confirms the arrival of its Cheesy Bacon Lover range. Burger King removed the range from the menu last year, amid concerns that customers were “too embarrassed” to say “in love” at the restaurant’s checkouts.

However, when it returns, Burger King is offering a buy-one-one-free offer with either the Flame-Grilled Bacon Cheese (Beef) or the Tender Bacon Cheese Chicken up for grabs. Available for a limited time only from June 10 through June 12, 2022, fans can claim their free burger through the Burger King app.

The Cheesy Bacon Single features an 100% beef burger topped with four slices of bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, BBC sauce, cheese sauce, and two slices of American cheese in the middle. Bacon and Cheese Chicken consists of crispy chicken, a slice of American cheese, bacon, onion, lettuce, and two layers of cheese sauce.

The news comes McDonald’s has announced two new menus for this summer – including four burgers, halloumi fries and a limited-edition McFlurry tiramisu.
