Check out this recipe, inspired by the bold flavors you love in Buffalo chicken wings, plus the irresistible crunch of tortilla chips. It’s bound to be a crowd pleaser.

Buffalo Shrimp Nachos

10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook


2 packages (9 ounces) SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s)

2 tablespoons salted butter

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 package tortilla chips (9-12 ounces)

1 container (10 ounces) white queso, heated according to package directions

Bleu cheese sauce

1 green onion, sliced


Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp according to package directions, 13-14 minutes.

While the shrimp cook, combine the wing sauce, butter and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts.

Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a single layer on a serving platter. Top with half the queso. Repeat with more fries and queso. Arrange the shrimp on the tortillas and drizzle the fries with the wing sauce. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over nachos and garnish with green onions.

Makes 6-8 servings.

These sliders are the perfect size for little hands to cling to or hold with one hand while hanging out with your friends. These will soon become a family favorite because they’re packed with flavorful marinara sauce, melty cheese, and vibrant basil.

5 minutes prep, 14 minutes cook


1 package (9 ounces) SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp

1 cup marinara sauce

3 slices mozzarella cheese, each cut into 4 squares

10 to 12 sliding loaves

10 to 12 fresh basil leaves


Heat oven to 425 F. Bake shrimp according to package directions, 13-14 minutes.

Heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan. Drizzle a little marinara (about 1 tablespoon) over the shrimp and top with slices of cheese. Cook 1 minute more until cheese is melted.

Pour the marinara sauce over the bottom buns. Garnish with the shrimp, a basil leaf, more marinara and the buns.

Makes 5-6 servings.
