Tower of Fantasy Food Guide: Recipe List and How to Cook

Unlocking recipes and cooking food are two essential parts of Tower of Fantasy. You will need grub to satisfy the Satiate survival mechanic, which restores your HP after each battle. But some concoctions also add an extra bonus on top.

How to unlock recipes

Food recipes can be unlocked either by finding them or by experimenting with them. If you already know a recipe, you don’t need to search for it. You can just whip it.

Otherwise, you can get them by:

  • Buy them from the food vendor.
  • Complete quests and receive them as a reward.
  • Experiment in the “Creation“tab of”Kitchen” menu.

The food vendor can be found west of the Ring of Echos and north of the Astra graveyard at coordinates: -793, 777.

how to cook

Cooking can be done at the stove, which is available in almost all settlements, indicated by the cauldron icon on the game map. To start preparing food, you need to interact with the cooker’s cooking menu.

  1. Enter the “Kitchen” menu.
  2. Select a dish from the list.
  3. Press the “Kitchen” button.
  4. Wait for the dish to be finished.

If you don’t have the recipe yet, you can concoct dishes in the “Creation” menu:

  1. Enter the “Kitchen” menu.
  2. Press the “Creation” tab.
  3. Add the required amount of ingredients (15 max).
  4. reach the 100% success rate.
  5. Press the “Kitchen” button.
  6. Wait for the dish to be finished.

If your food combination was correct, you will get the right dish without even having to unlock a recipe first.
